Meet Michael Dunavant
Meet Carol Fritz
Born and raised in Decatur, IL, Carol is a proud graduate of Stephen Decatur High School and Eastern Illinois University. She also completed the esteemed Decatur Leadership Institute through the Chamber of Commerce, further sharpening her leadership and community engagement skills.
In 2014, Carol relocated to Bloomington to be closer to her grandchildren, embracing the move with her signature enthusiasm. A devoted sports fan, she holds season tickets to Illinois State University basketball and cheers loudly for the Redbirds—as well as the Cardinals, Cubs, Bears, Chiefs, and Blackhawks.
With a long and successful career in mortgage lending, Carol has earned top honors including the President’s Club, President’s Council, and Chairman’s Circle awards. In 2019, she expanded her career into Medicare insurance, driven by a desire to help others navigate the often-confusing world of Medicare coverage and supplemental options.
As a licensed agent for life and health insurance, Carol takes pride in helping clients understand their Medicare choices and find plans that fit both their health needs and budget. She also assists with applications and can determine eligibility for cost-saving programs like Extra Help.

Meet Mystee Oswald
Mystee is a proud graduate of Illinois State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her well-rounded career spans the insurance industry, retail management, and the rewarding years she spent as a stay-at-home mom. This diverse background has equipped her with empathy, organization, and a strong sense of purpose—qualities that make her an invaluable member of Pam Deaton’s team, which she joined in 2021.
Mystee is a devoted wife of nearly 29 years and the proud mother of two grown children. In 2023, she stepped into her favorite role yet—grandmother. Family remains the foundation of her life, and her nurturing spirit shines through in every client interaction.
Outside of work, Mystee is an avid baseball fan and never misses a chance to root for her beloved St. Louis Cardinals. Whether she’s spending time in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying quiet moments at home, Mystee finds joy in life’s simple blessings—and she brings that same grounded, compassionate energy to everything she does.
